Models and pricing

Radius provides the following models using Radius credits. This list comes directly from the public Radius gateway configuration, so it only includes models currently served to regular users. Models available only through organization provider keys (BYOK) are not included.

Prices are in US dollars per million tokens. Cache read and cache write prices apply only when the selected model supports those features. For tiered models, the tier is selected from the request’s total input tokens and applies to the entire request. The Auto model chooses another model at request time and is billed at that model's rates.
